1. Safety operation rules for high temperature aging rooms
(1) Be prepared before use, must have a full understanding of equipment performance, and be familiar with the safety precautions in each specific operation.
(2) Before use, you must be familiar with the environment of the high temperature aging room and its surroundings, and the location of the electric gate.
(3) After each use, check that the water, electricity, gas and other safety measures are perfect before leaving.
(4) Fire extinguishers or sand should be provided and placed in conspicuous places as far as possible. Fire hydrants should also be provided.
2. Fire and electricity safety prevention
(1) When using electric power, it is necessary to check the electric switch, motor and mechanical equipment in advance.
(2) When starting work and when stopping work, the switch must be fully buckled and pulled down.
(3) When replacing the fuse, do not increase or use copper wire instead of the load.
(4) It is strictly forbidden to clean and wipe the electric knife and electric plug with wet hands, wet cloth or iron handle brush to prevent electric shock.
(5) When the electrical power equipment is overheated, stop running immediately.
(6) Where a power supply unit of 110 volts or more is used, the ground part of the instrument must be installed with a ground wire.
(7) Non-workers are prohibited from entering.
